Psiina Elizabeth Rang is a founding member and Secretary of Maria Bianchi Social Care Ministry. With over 20 years of experience, she is dedicated to empowering women and girls, promoting gender equality, and protecting the environment. She actively participates in workshops and trainings on gender, women’s rights, climate change, and social development, working tirelessly to improve the socio-economic status of women in her community.

B Maria Pangnila serves as the President of the organization since 2020. She leads overall strategy, governance, and community engagement efforts, promoting gender equality and social development.

Grace has been an Executive Member since 2020, supporting the organization in planning and implementing programs for marginalized communities, focusing on women and children’s welfare.

D Daileeru is the Vice President since 2017. She provides guidance in leadership, program planning, and community development, with a focus on women’s rights and social upliftment.

Rapunga Rebecca serves as Treasurer and Program Coordinator. She manages financial matters and coordinates programs aimed at empowering communities, supporting education, and promoting social welfare.

Lily, an Executive Member since 2020, plays an active role in program oversight and community initiatives, helping to strengthen women’s empowerment and social awareness activities.

B Kula is an Executive Member of Maria Bianchi Social Care Ministry since 2020. She actively contributes to organizational decision-making and community programs, supporting women and youth empowerment initiatives.

Rinyola Shatsang is the organization’s Accountant, with 4 years of experience. She holds a B.Com degree and manages financial records, ensuring accurate accounting and compliance.

Ng Phuba James Maram is a Fundraiser with 2 years of experience in the organization. He holds a Master’s in Social Work and focuses on mobilizing resources to support the organization’s programs and community initiatives.
